Seven months after submitting my notes, this perpetrator committed another crime. This victim was able to escape and report it to the police.

They made a DNA match to this crime and made an arrest. It turned out the perpetrator did live within the one block radius as I reported and further turned out he was a sex offender registered in another state. Had the police been open to the information I provided, I believe an arrest would have been made sooner. It was discovered that the police had extradited him to another state several months prior to the death of his first victim. Although I understand law enforcement cannot make an arrest on what they would consider assumption, this person had been in their possession before and is a sex offender. My notes show the full description and information of another person that was involved in this crime. The deceased described this person who is still outstanding, the main focus of his communication. After the arrest, law enforcement met with the family and gave them the details that had been withheld for the reason of evidence. What they informed the family was exactly what their loved one had communicated to me as a psychic medium and now I am able to share my notes with the family and friends.
